We at SSPP are investing in products that other companies think of as older, and smaller in market size to the total power semi market. At SSPP our belief is that this market is emerging, and investment in this technology is necessary to go forward to hit the next decades needs.

Worldwide Facilities and State-Of-The-Art Manufacturing

We are a High Power Semiconductor Company that is very nimble, having many products that are off the shelf. However in high power it is not enough to supply off the shelf anymore. This is when we step in and meet those demanding needs. SSPP sees the market as the opposite. We want to innovate with products that create less heat and have more robust efficiencies. Most designs are on an average of 20 plus years. By reviewing existing designs we can cut cost on an average of 18% and deliver on time, every time. SSPP knows that power semiconductor technology will be saving the worlds shrinking energy reserves. Our goal is to break down the road blocks that engineers have when using off the shelf items.

Solid State Power Products can choose and test special selections for our customers' specific requirements, as well as provide other value-added services including SCR and Triac testing, Unijunction testing, and Zener testing. Other special requests such as small manufacturing runs may also be available on certain products.

Far-East – The facility contracted by Solid State Power Products in the Far-East is state-of-the-art and has produced high quality components for sales under the Solid State Power Products brand name for over two decades. RoHs compliant and many non-RoHS compliant components can be provided from this factory.

Asia – The factory employed by Solid State Power Products in Asia is a vertically integrated discrete semiconductor manufacturing facility with over 15,000 sq. ft. of clean room area. From this facility, we perform wafer fabrication to final test operations. This is a highly automated manufacturing process of a wide range of diodes, rectifier diodes, and thyristors in various conventional leaded devices.
